At TorchCool, we strive to get your favorite outfits to you as fast as possible! Because of our rapid fulfillment process, order changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.

Within 12 Hours: Need to change your size, update your delivery address, or cancel your order? Reach out to us within 12 hours of purchase, and we’ll handle it smoothly.

Past 12 Hours: After 12 hours, your order enters our automated fulfillment pipeline for packing and shipping. At this stage, we can no longer stop or alter the package.

Shipped Orders: Once your package is on its way, the order cannot be canceled. However, you are welcome to exchange or return the item once it arrives.
